Gentle Healing Center offers a fully accredited 200 hour Yoga teacher training, the Ahimsa Yoga Training program. The program places a strong emphasis on anatomy so prospective teachers learn how the body works, how it moves, and how to keep it safe during yoga practice. Students also study yoga philosophy, different lineages of yoga and numerous styles of yoga practices.
This Showcase will allow students to both demonstrate their new skills.
