In this 5-week series we will learn basic low back anatomy, yoga postures, breath work and deep relaxation techniques to help alleviate low back pain and increase the overall health of your low back. This highly effective program was developed from the program used in two of the largest National of Institute of Health studies regarding the efficacy of yoga for relieving chronic low back pain (Annals of Internal Medicine). Dec 2005 and Archives of Internal Medicine Oct 2011). The study found this yoga program to be approximately 20% more effective than traditional low back therapy programs.
