Often experienced as a yoga dance, these classes begin with posture practice and move into flow practice at breath-pace. The playful, organic nature of movement paired with intentional sequencing gives students the ability to personalize their practice. This is for all levels. “Peak” doesn’t mean the hardest in this practice, simply that we build circle flows that move us in all directions a body can move. This is serious play with your strength and grace. We get weird. These extended practices will include a workshop. Bring water. Bring a friend.
