Playing on your hands is a fun party! It’s tricky…we haven’t been doing it as long as we’ve been on our feet. Sometimes people think it’s “fancy yoga”...I think it’s just another way we get to explore our attention and learn how to build our relationship with ourselves. In this workshop we’ll get upside down in headstand, forearm stand, and handstand. We’ll play with several arm balances. And because these postures can live in flow, you’ll learn ways to weave them into mini sequences. You don’t have to be able to do or hold a handstand to attend. But being comfortable playing upside down or on your hands will be necessary. There will be lots of room to wiggle and personalize your experience. Bring your laughter.
