Expand and soften into this class as you move through held postures, explore mobility, and end restoratively. This practice will begin slowly, sequenced to guide you into your own breath and attention. We will be on the ground, work our way to standing, then circle back to the floor. Threading in hip, shoulder, and spine mobility will give us room to butter our joints. Approach this class with curiosity and ease.
