We invite you to a series of self inquiry and reflection with Katie Cook-Bretson, acupuncturist and somatic experiencing provider & Meesh Metcalf, yoga instructor. 

Embrace the flow of both change and release as the seasons transition from fall into winter and then spring with yoga asana, physical adjustments, somatic meditations and sound frequency.
