Mindful Movement for Mothers
with Ilgaz Casey

April 2 (Tuesday)
at 9:00 am

Class length
60 minutes

Location
Downtown

These weekly gatherings are designed for the purpose of creating a community of mothers where we listen to ourselves and each other through movement, voice and creative expression. At the end of each meeting, you’ll be given prompts to experiment in your week by using the somatic tools provided.

This class will provide tools for

- Embracing chaos, change, and fluidity
- Slowing down
- Understanding what we need and how to express that need

If you feel like dynamics of mothering challenge you in a way that you need to catch a breath before you do the next thing, this class is for you. Let’s get together and take an intentional breath to come back to our bodies.

Currently she is a mother of two young kids and explores the ways to connect to a larger community of mothers by offering movement classes.
