Grief Yoga was designed to build our awareness to the many difficult feelings that arise while grieving. The Intro class teaches basic breath, voice and movement techniques that can be used to express and embrace these feelings with compassion. This is also an opportunity to find connection in community and discuss somatic approaches to healing.
