This Hatha class balances strength and flexibility, starting with a standing series and ending with a floor series. Emphasizing breath awareness, it allows students to safely transition in and out of poses. Each pose is held twice for 30-40 seconds, giving students time to focus and deepen their practice. This class is a powerful tool for self-transformation, prioritizing breath control to help calm the fluctuations of the mind.
